Scopes is the nickname for hidden trackers on American and Russian communication satellites. They have high resolution. Designed by Foaly, they have most likely been placed by fairy space shuttles. They hijack power from the satellites and beam signals down to the Lower Elements. They can be used to track a suspect fairy or Recon officer on a mission.
