Nguyen is the contact Artemis and Butler meet in the first book, in Ho Chi Minh City. He is disguised as a waiter but his ruse is discovered as he is wearing three gold signet rings, has recently had a manicure and his voice has a slight Oxford tinge. He shows them a photo, then leads Artemis and Butler to the source of the photo, the Fairy Healer.
