Koboi DoubleDex are a type of synthetic wing developed by Opal Koboi. They run on a satellite-bounced solar battery. The wing design is revolutionary, with two sets (or decks). One is fixed, for gliding and the other, smaller set for manoeurvrability.
Holly uses them in The Arctic Incident to fly to Fowl Manor to collect Artemis and Butler.
