Inky Burton appears in The Eternity Code as the tattoo artist attending to Loafers McGuire. He owns the Inkblot Tattoo Parlour in downtown Chicago and is well known as the best in the state. Inky makes all the other mobs tattoos.
He blushes when Carla Frazetti walks into his tattoo parlor, as not many women walked inside.
