Cumulus House is an insane asylum in Haven, The Lower Elements. It was founded by Cumulus, for whom the asylum was named after. In The Arctic Incident, Opal Koboi mentions that her parents were there. and it is also mentioned that her father was there because Opal bankrupted his business.
