Boohn is a goblin criminal. He is one of General Scalene's thousand nephews. His name means "of noble brow" in Goblin cant, even though he is one of the goblins behind the B'wa Kell smuggling operation. He helps his uncle escape from Howler's Peak by shedding his skin in the visitor's room (there are no cameras there), then having Scalene put it on. He is described as being bulky.
