The Artemis Fowl series is the subject of this wiki. The series is written by Eoin Colfer, an Irish author, and concerns itself with the various schemes enacted by Artemis Fowl, criminal boy genius, his accomplice and bodyguard Butler, and the fairies.

A guide book to the series under the name of The Artemis Fowl Files also exists. The Artemis Fowl Files contains pictures of Foaly's inventions and locations of known fairy transport, in addition to various other trifles. A graphic novel has also been released in summer 2007.

There are plans to make a movie out of the two first books, Artemis Fowl and The Arctic Incident. So far there has not been any news of its progress, but may be soon.
